21st Century Community Learning Centers

Learning Zone is providing notice to all residents of Richland Parish, Ouachita Parish and Monroe City of its intent to submit a 5 year 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) Application for the 2022-2027 school years.  The Application will provide expanded learning services before and afterschool, on weekends, and summer months. 


Expanded services will include all core academic subjects, tutoring services, programs for limited proficiency in language skills and academic achievement, and STEAM.


  Other services provided will be Parental Involvement Workshops, Etiquette, Character, & Social Building Workshops, and Counseling Programs.  


This is submitted in compliance with the Louisiana Department of Education guidelines for submission and competitive grant proposals.
